Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs encompass various aspects of the shipping process, including shipping itself, special protective packaging, and transport insurance. These costs are determined based on factors such as the size, weight, and price of the item.

For shipments within Germany, our shipping fees start from 8.90 euros. Within the European Union (EU), shipping fees begin at 18 euros. For shipments to other countries outside the EU, shipping fees start from 30 euros.

Please note that shipping costs will be visible solely upon selection of the shipping address and method during the checkout process.

Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days upon receipt of payment. However, for certain items, this may take up to 5 working days. We will inform you in the event of delivery delays.

1. ACCESS DATA AND HOSTING

7.1 USE OF GOOGLE SERVICES

We use the following technologies of Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The information automatically collected by Google technologies about your use of our website is usually transferred to a server of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and stored there. There is no adequacy decision with respect to the USA by the European Commission. Our cooperation is based on standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission. GOOGLE FONTS

For the purpose of a uniform presentation of the contents on our website, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information) are collected by the script code "Google Fonts", transmitted to Google and then processed by Google. We have no influence on this subsequent data processing.

GOOGLE RECAPTCHA

With reCAPTCHA we can determine whether you are a real person, and not a robot or a spam software. reCAPTCHA collects personal user data to determine whether the actions on our website are made by people. Thus, IP addresses and other data Google needs for its reCAPTCHA service, may be sent to Google.
